Brook Cottage   (Accommodation for maximum: 2 People)

The Brook Cottage is a beautiful studio character cottage adjoining the main farm house with stunning views over the lawn, tree plantation and shared courtyard with a lovely little stream and a cute little wooden bridge crossing the stream to gain access to the tree plantation and dog walking area.

As you enter the cottage via the stable/front door you’ve opened the door to this quaint cottage, you will find a well equipped Kitchen containing an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, all crockery/cutlery and normal washing up facilities. Complete with a breakfast bar.
This leads to a utility room with fridge/freezer and washing machine which leads outside to a patio area with table and chairs.

The Kitchen has views over the lawn from the sink, and a rear door to a courtyard along side a stream.

The studio area is your relaxation area offering a comfortable sofa, TV/DVD and a double bed with luxurious leatherette headboard. This area has two windows looking onto the courtyard and a third window on the opposite side looking over the lawn.

Bed Linen and Towels are provided.

No Pets are allowed in the Brook Cottage
